Returns Policy

Cancelling Items

If you do not require items or if you need an exchange, these items must be returned to us within 14 days on receipt of delivery. To qualify for a refund the unwanted items must be reported on our returns page within the 14 days on receipt of delivery.

Please inspect goods for any faults BEFORE assembly as we do not accept any returns of products that have been assembled.

For non-faulty goods returns, buyer to pay for postage, Items returned will incur a 30% re-stocking charge. Boxes must be in reasonable re-selling condition.

Damages

Please inspect all deliveries within a 24-hour time period. If damage has occurred whilst being transported, we will require you to fill out the form on our returns page and attach a picture of the damage incurred. We will endeavour to arrange a collection at a mutually convenient time. We may require the items to be suitably packaged for collection when returning to UK Trade bathrooms Ltd i.e. re-taping the box for collection.

When we receive the damaged goods, we will undertake a series of checks to see how the damage may have occurred. A replacement or refund will be made based on the damages incurred.

Faulty Goods

As per our company policy, all faulty items must be reported, in writing, on our returns page along with pictures showing the fault. We will endeavour to arrange collection at a mutually convenient time. The item/s must have suitable outer packaging to the box when returning to UK Trade Bathrooms Ltd.

When we receive the damaged goods, we will undertake a series of checks to see how the damage may have occurred. A replacement or refund will be made based on the damages incurred.

Missing Items

When you receive your items check the proof of delivery to confirm that all items that have been shipped have been received.

If items are missing, then as per our company policy the missing items must be recording in writing on our returns page within 24 hours of delivery. Once we have investigated the missing item we will be in contact with you.

Packaging

Please note that all goods are the customers responsibility until they are returned to UK Trade Bathrooms Ltd. Despite their condition, all items must be returned with suitable packaging to ensure that further damage is not incurred.

Cancelled items must be returned in a 100% condition, have intact packaging with no visible damages to the original packaging or defacing by pens and or tape.

Please ensure packaging is not defaced as this will affect refunding of the product.

Our refunds policy is usually within 14 days. You will be informed via email once we have processed the refund via your original payment method.
